The art of wrapping a thoughtful gift
Kraft paper, a length of twine and something from the garden: how to wrap a gift that feels as personal as what is inside. Or let YESLAMU wrap it for you.
The first thing anyone sees of a gift is the wrapping. It does not need to be expensive to be beautiful, and the best wrapping usually takes ten minutes and things you already have.
What you need
- Brown kraft paper or plain tissue
- Cotton twine or a fabric ribbon
- Scissors and double-sided tape
- A sprig of something green: rosemary, eucalyptus, an olive leaf

Step by step
- Cut the paper so it wraps the box with a hand's width to spare at each end.
- Fold the raw edge under before you tape it, for a clean line.
- Tie the twine around twice and finish with a simple bow.
- Tuck the greenery under the knot and add a handwritten tag.
A handwritten name on a tag says more than any shop-bought card.
Or let us wrap it
Many products on YESLAMU can be gift-wrapped by our team before they leave the warehouse. Look for the gift-wrap option at checkout, and we will take care of the paper and ribbon for you.
