Order journey

Pending
Order placed and waiting for the seller to accept it.
Processing
Seller accepted the order and is preparing your items.
Shipped
Your parcel is with the courier and on its way.
Delivered
Order received. You can review delivery and products from your account.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same account used at checkout. Guest orders may require the confirmation email details.

If status hasn’t changed for several business days after Processing, contact support with your order number.
